Overview
Endoro Lodge is a good choice of stop over in Karatu if en-route to the Ngorongoro Crater as it is not far from the Lodoare gate to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The crater is just one part of a much larger area of interelated ecosystems consisting of the crater highlands together with vast stretches of plains, grasslands, bush and woodland. This is a UNESCO World Heritage Site covering some 8300 square kilometres.
This lodge has nice large en-suite bungalows and offers a good breakfast and dining options. It has a pool and lovely views to forests which extend all the way to the edge of the crater.
